● 1.) Discuss your Design/Layout idea to our Graphic Artist/WebPro;

● 2.) Handover to our Graphic Artist/WebPro any applicable efiles/ high resolution photos necessary for your Content;

● 3.) Tell to our Graphic Artist/WebPro your expected completion date of the project;

Normally;

■ Our Graphic Design may complete from 30mins. ~ 1 day

■ Our Web Design may complete from 3 days to 3 weeks

● 4.) Wait for our Quote or Click the “ORDER NOW” on the side portion of our site.

Well, take note that;

■ Our Clients always get most of their expected prices within their budgetary constraint

● 5.) Pay atleast 40%~50% of the amount of your Ordered Items

Payment can be done thru;

■ Bank Deposit/Transfer, Call our Office for our Bank Account Data

■ OnLine Payment via Paypal Processing (Credit Card/Paypal)

■ Or visit our Office, see Contact Us for our Live Map

■ Dated Check (Order may start after Clearing)

● 8.) Prior to final turnover/endorsement, initial review of the design/layout shall be shown to Client for for final comment. Retouch may proceed after as per the initial review comment;

Charges may;

■ Not apply for Minor Changes

■ May apply if changes is out of Client’s Original Instruction.

● 9.) Final Turnover of the Completer Projetc/Order may proceed on the set deadline or earlier;

Client’s must;

■ Pay the remaining via the method as mentioned above.

■ Bring your memory stick (USB) to get the efile copy.

In able to set order  for the management of OdavOnLine Research Café  & its clients (Internet Users/Gamers), we hereby summarize herewith our set “Terms and Conditions” synonymous to our “Rules and Policies”.

DEFINITIONS OF TERMS:

OORC  means Odav OnLine Research Café Management & its staff, also known as “COMPANY” or “We or Our”

CLIENT means  Internet Users/Gamers, also known as “YOU” or “YOUR”

TERMS AND CONDITIONS;

When CLIENT enters our premises and uses our services means CLIENT accept these terms and conditions such as;

1.       You check OORC price lists carefully before use the services.

Your unawareness doesn’t exempt your from paying your due obligation.

2.       You pay all fees or charges resulting from use of the service at every visit.

The speed of Internet connection is affected by various factors such as telecommunication carrier’s capacity, traffic volume and so on. OORC does its best  provide good quality services to our valued customers, but we are

 not liable for Internet connection downtime or failure to access websites.                              

3.       You agree to scan your own disks for virus checking &/or Automatic Scanning will be implemented anytime.

You use your floppy disks or memory sticks on our PCs at your own risk, we are not responsible for any data lost or damage that you may incur. Please be informed that our virus scanners may not be able to detect the latest viruses or repair all viruses and variants. However, we do our best to keep posted on the latest virus definition on which updates will be made regularly.       

4.       You should not share the use of a PC. Our rule is:  One person  per one PC, alternatively you will be double charged if you’ll share!

5.       Children under age of 13 should use the Internet service by their parent’s supervision and/or permission.

Though, we may not monitor and control children coming in our cafes at any time & any day, we will do our best to advise these children to remind them on their school obligations and guide them to their use of our café especially stopping them on the access of any obscene or lewd websites which is likewise restricted in our cafes. However, we believe that the main obligation for the guidance of these Children rely on their respective parents.

6.       Only Food and Drinks purchased in our cafe may be consumed in side. Likewise, Smoking is not allowed.

Also, nobody who is drunk or smelling with Alcohol shall be allowed to enter in our premises. We reserved the rights to report you to the Authority at anytime.

7.       Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

At no time, in any form and event, that we are responsible for any loss of personal belongings or whatsoever.

8.       We strictly prohibit browsing of any lewd or obscene websites such as illegal and pornographic materials.

Clients should understand that our Internet Café is a Public Place and browsing these kind of websites is at all time offending to other CLIENTS. OORC reserve the right to report you to certain Authority if you can’t be stop and controlled. At no time, OORC allows browsing of these kind of websites and if at any case that we can’t monitor these irresponsible act of clients, we are not be liable if CLIENT be reported by fellow CLIENT or be arrested by undercover agents acting on the instruction of local authorities.

9.       We are NOT liable in the event such as the failures of PC / POWER Supply, INTERNET Connection downtime and Misuse during the use period.  Customers are required to pay their PC usage and NO credits will be given whatsoever.

10.   Due to the concern of the SOFTWARE COPYRIGHT , do not install any copyright-protected software into our PCs.

11.   All competitions and giveaways are at the discretion of the management. Management decisions are final, and we will not accept correspondence or any other form of dispute relating to the giveaway or competition. 

12.   Unmannered complaints such as shouting, name calling, threatening, and others of  any form of unethical behaviors shall not be honored and entertained by the OORC management and its staff.

OORC reserves the right to call immediate authority to mediate on any complaints in order to settle arguments amicably. Further, OORC reserves the right to set you out of our premises for any violent reactions or behaviors that may bother our other CLIENTS or that may threat our business operation. We reserve the right to be silent until proper quorum is scheduled.

CLIENT has to understand that OORC management is OPEN and ever ready to resolve any complaints only when it will be done professionally and in a decent manner.

13.   OORC cooperates to any community development programs such as Sport Fest, etc.. but our sponsorship to any group or organization shall not oblige us to maintain such finances and /or contributions for the entire  duration of any such events.

OORC’s intentions to support community program is our voluntary initiative but we are not liable to any untoward behaviors of the group/individuals we sponsored. OORC further reserves its rights to stop or cancel its sponsorship OORC sees it may not reflect good views for the company or may not be beneficial to the company.

14.    These terms and conditions may be revised at anytime without further notice. We advise you to visit this page at anytime.
